Experience Three years experience designing and implementing TCP/IP-to-X.25 protocol mapping interfaces within BSD UNIX kernel. Ten years of in-depth experience in design, development, documentation, and testing of secure operating systems and networks (C2, B1, CMW). Personally involved in the development and implementation of seven different secure UNIX platforms on a variety of hardware architectures including multiprocessor implementations and multilevel networks. Ten years of detailed experience supporting NCSC and ITSEC security evaluations. Work included design of security policy models, security architecture design, documentation preparation, test design, and configuration management. Was personally responsible for defending security architectures before government evaluation authorities. Developed training programs, conducted UNIX security seminars, and performed security consulting for government and industry in Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, NATO, the Netherlands, Portugal, Singapore, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
